 Post subject: adobe photoshop?? sepia and then a part of it colored??? how to??

can you teach me how to do this?There are 2 people.. I have to do a sepia thing on the picture but leave their shoes colored... how do i do that?? please help...need it immediately...

open image , duplicate layer,change color to sepia with colorize option , or adjust hue/ saturation , hue to yellowed brown,select areas where shoes are to erase, allowing lower layer with color to appear,you can add new layer and add more color to shoes, then adjust overlay transparency options,..
