 Post subject: Yesterday, I purchased a new template for my blog of $65? But don't know how to use it. PLEASE HELP?

The template folder (zipped folder) contain 4 file:style.ccsTEMPLATE.PSDimagesindex.htm---------------I HAVE ADOBE PHOTO SHOP AND EDITED TEMPLATE.PSD AND SAVE IT AS TEMPLATE.PSD BUT WHENEVER I TRY TO SAVE IT IN ANY FOLDER IT CAN SAVE WITH ONE ADDITIONAL FOLDER NAMED "images".I WANT TO SAVE IT IN ONLY 1 FILE: template.htm TO USE IT FOR WEBSITE TEMPLATE.I DON'T HAVE MY WEBSITE BUT BLOG (http://wanted-downloads.blogspot.com). ----AND 2nd THING IS THAT IS IT WORKS WITH A BLOG OR NOT.PLEASE ANSWER ME...IF IT WORKS WITH ONLY OUR OWN WEBSITE THEN I AM GOING TO BUY NEW WEBSITE...........PLEASE GIVE ME FULLY DETAILED INFORMATION........THANKS...

It does not work in blog, you can find step by step guide on how to build a website at website like http://oktutorial.com/webdesign.htm .
