well I had there id-which means address. I would take it to there house. I would want someone doing the same for me.Treat others as you would like to be treated.

I'm quite a selfish person, I'd keep it. Well, I'd hand the ID in, but not the money. (it's obvious this is going to get voted down so much, even though it's my personal opinion. I refuse to believe that EVERYONE would hand it in.)

Well if it has the ID i'd hand it in. But if it was just random money lying around, with no one around and no one to give it to, i'd just keep it. What would the police do with it? They can't exactly have a notice saying they've found $500 or whatever.If it can be returned to it's owner then i hand it in, if not, i'd keep it (that is of course, if it's worth keeping).

Take some of the money and then turn it in. They will never know.
