is it legal and is there an age limit i want just a yes or no answer not a bunch of legal crap like last time no offense to lawyers they got a hard job understanding that stuff

If it is not concealed you may carry it. You might be questioned but it is legal. I kept a Machete on the das board of my truck for many years, worked late night/ early morning. Met many police and was asked about it but never had a problem because of it.
