Apples to oranges the only thing in common with those games is they are made by Nintendo.

Animal Crossing is good if you like games such as the Sims, whereas Super Mario is better if you enjoy the kind of games like Mario and such.

I would have to say Animal Crossing. It's a really fun game (in my opinion) and it never ends! I must have about 200 hours of gameplay...it's really worth it. On the other hand, Super Mario 64 has a great story and is alot of fun too, but it doesn't have very good replay value.Anyways, they are both great games!

super mario 64. I can only play animal crossing for five minutes before I get bored.
