and when i say real, i mean the people who don't make stupid comments like "the jazz suck, get over it," etc. etc. please at least have some class. the truth is none of these teams suck because they all made the playoffs. i'm a die-hard laker fan, but i don't go around saying things like that because i know it's not true. all these teams deserved to be in the playoffs, and if you're a true laker fan, or a true basketball fan in general, you'd respect that. PLEASE STOP MAKING US LOOK IGNORANT AND ARROGANT. so if you have any real comments about the lakers-jazz series, i wanna hear them. nothing about how the refs suck or how other teams suck, but actual comments about the games.and nothing about kobe's mvp award. i was there at the ceremony and it was amazing, true, but there's no need to rub it in. haters, he deserved it, people voted, and it's done, so please don't argue about it here.my point is you're making us all look ignorant by giving stupid, smart-ass answers instead of actually talking about BASKETBALL which is what this is supposed to be all abouti do care about the lakers and about the sport of basketball, which is why it annoys me when people make ignorant comments about anything related to either the lakers or the sport of basketballand to the person who said i'm trying to show off, it's people like you who make whichever team you cheer for look bad, because again, if you were a real fan, you'd have respect for other teams for how they play, no matter what your personal feelings are.

im a lakers fan and i do think the jazz put up one hell of a fight. i have more respect for the jazz than i do for the nuggets. only player i can't stand on the jazz is andre kirilenko. i don't know how jazz fans could like him either. you have to admit he is a master at flopping.

Utah played Good and they played with Heart other wise Lakers coulda have sweept them just like Denver

What up Hana K,All i can say was that tonight was a huge win for us-- because we are one of the few teams to win a road game in this 2nd round and one of the few teams that actually has a good road record in this playoffs: 3-2. That will be key especially if we can make it to the finals because both Detroit or Boston would have home court over us - and the finals have the 2-3-2 format.i think the playoffs are all about winning one game at a time- and respecting your opponents. We are 8-2 in the playoffs but we have some concerns: rebounding, closing out on three point shooters, i think tonight we should have won by double digits and it just got uncomfortably close at the end- and the blessing in disguise will be that it will give Phil and the staff something to hark-on.The win was huge because since we've homecourt advantage in the next round we get to rest until mid-week next week (since game 7 of the Spurs/Hornets is on Monday) which is good for Kobe's back as well as the other vets: Fisher, Odom and Gasol. All i can say beyond that is: 8 down, 8 to go!Let's go Lakers!Nickster

Well I've been a Laker fan since MJ quit the league. I also don't make silly comments about their opponents so I guess I'm a REAL Laker fan.
